Motorskilllearning Affiliate Guidelines
We look for affiliates who are passionate reviewers, coaches, content creators or curators who would like to refer their audience to the MotorSkillLearning products.
Ownership of web properties: Affiliates must own their own website/app, add the MotorSkillLearning logo to their site and link back to https://www.motorskilllearning.com
Prohibited web property content for MotorSkillLearning affiliates:
(a) promote or contain sexually explicit or obscene materials,
(b) promote violence or contain violent materials,
(c) promote or contain false, deceptive, libelous or defamatory materials,
(d) promote or contain materials or activity that is hateful, harassing, harmful, invasive of another’s privacy, abusive, or discriminatory (including on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age),
(e) promote or undertake illegal activities,
(h) otherwise violate any intellectual property rights.
All Sites must have original content and be publicly available (for example, they should not be behind a paywall). Unsuitable Sites cannot participate in any circumstance.
CAN-SPAM compliant email: If you email your affiliate links, every email needs to be CAN-SPAM compliant.
Delay and withhold payment: After you sign up, our affiliate team will check your qualified sales to refund ratios on a regular basis. Please note that personal orders do not qualify.
We reserve the right to delay payments to affiliates to investigate potential fraud and collect the necessary data. We deny or reverse payments for fraudulent activities by our affiliate partners and terminate their affiliate accounts with MotorSkillLearning.
‘Detrimental to brand’ language: Affiliate campaigns using detrimental language to the MotorSkillLearning’s brand are prohibited.
Disclosure requirement: Affiliates must disclose, in a conspicuous manner, their relationship with MotorSkillLearning.
Incentive marketing: You cannot offer any person or entity any consideration, reward, or incentive for using your links, or request support through the use of your links (for example, by referring to proceeds from orders going to a particular charity or organization, or promoting use of your links to support you or your company).
