- The conference hotel that is situated 7 min walking distance does have wifi.
- We will provide lunch both days.

Note: The price does increase as the event gets closer, so it’s best to get a discounted price by purchasing at our ‘speedy’ or ‘early bird’ prices.

Plane
- Internationally, we suggest you fly into Euro Airport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg (BSL).
We will arrange pick up and drop off before and after the conference.
For individual arrivals, take bus 50 at the airport and get off 2 stations later at 'Friedrich Miescher-Strasse' (right next to conference hotel and 7 min walk to the event) - Zurich airport (ZRH) is the next best option from where you can catch a direct train at the airport to train station Basel SBB (1:10 hrs).
Train
- Basel SBB is the main train station and recommended.
Take tram No. 3 towards Gare de Saint-Louis and get off at 'Burgfelderhof' which is next to the event location.
